Your happiness matters to us. If something isn’t right, here’s how Codaband handles returns.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt if:

• Items are unused, unworn, and unwashed
• Original tags and packaging are included
• You provide proof of purchase

Refunds are processed to your original payment method once the return is inspected. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs may apply.

Returnable situations include:

• Quality issues in print or design
• Mistakes in spelling on our part
• Receiving the wrong color
• Product stains or marks
• Other issues resulting from our error

Non-returnable situations include:

• Customer-selected wrong size
• Incorrect print/design chosen at checkout
• Personal spelling or customization mistakes
